We discuss some of the misconceptions around the Yuga Cycle, including the claims that we are already in the Dwapara Yuga or that the Kali Yuga lasts for 432,000 years. I explain the approach and rationale behind my proposition that the Yuga Cycle is of the same duration as the precession cycle i.e. 25,800 years and the Kali Yuga ends in 2025.
The discussion also explores the long decline in human virtue, wisdom, intelligence, and higher capacities through the ages, the role of ancient cataclysms in resetting civilization during the periods of transition, and the possible relationship between these larger cycles, solar activity and the galactic center.
